Our products are designed to stand the test of time and so is our warranty.

The Minimaal en Mooi Lifetime Warranty is a refreshingly simple way to purchase with confidence.

 

Our commitment to this, is highlighted below:

• You are covered for all manufacturer defects: If for any reason we missed the mark, we're here to help by repairing or replacing your item. As long as we’re in business, we’ll make it right.

 

• Cosmetic damage caused by shipping: If your product was damaged in shipping, we’ve got your back. Unfortunately, we don’t cover cosmetic damage that happens after your product has been installed.

 

• Wear & tear caused by normal use: Our products will show signs of normal wear and tear. Under most circumstances this falls outside of our Warranty, but if you feel that your product is not meeting your expectations we’d love to hear from you. Minimaal en Mooi reserves the right to refuse warranty claims in terms of this.

 

• Misuse by the end-user: If a product shows signs that it has been used in a way that was not intended, we reserve the right to refuse the Warranty claim.

 

Steps to take if a product has failed:

If a product has failed, contact us with; 1. Your receipt/order number, 2. Photos of the problem, and 3. Description of the problem. We’ll take the steps necessary to replace the product or part as quickly as possible. We typically respond to Warranty requests within 48 hours and aim to fulfill Warranty requests within 1 week.
